**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting guests, managing reservations, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
**Duties:**
- Greet guests with a welcoming smile and escort them to their tables
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
- Provide menus and assist in explaining menu items
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and lobby area
- Assist in coordinating with servers, bussers, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally
